• After the trial, your subscription will be charged automatically

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us the right to:

• Store and process your contract data to provide the Service
• Use AI/ML to extract information from uploaded documents
• Create backups of your data for security purposes

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and share any contract documents with our Service.
